Bypillow The Bloom - Girona

The location, the cleanliness, the room amenities was excellent.

The staff are really friendly and extremely friendly, answered every question I had. The room is new-fashioned, recently refurbished comes with a very comfortable temperature and a great view, as for instance.

The excellent and perfect location was a couple of blocks away from Girona City Hall. Took me 5 minutes to get to train station. I have stayed in triple room with a very comfortable temperature and the heating, for instance for 2 nights.

Some of the staff were quite rude.

The room wassuper clean and cozy with nice amenities. Unfortunately, the walls are thin, making sleep difficult.

A good standard hotel, nothing fancy, but the rooms are clean and big enough and the location is ok

The room had air conditioning, free WiFi and a bed. That's all I could really ask for! The room was plenty big enough for me. The location was right in the shopping district, and barely 5 minutes walk from the Old Town (and location of my conference). Only 10 minutes walk from the train station and bus station. Most of all, I loved the extremely low price!

The shower was too small - I could barely move my arm without hitting the wall, curtain or hot water tap! There is no on-site breakfast (not a great worry to me for this trip) but there are numerous cafes within a minute's walk.

Bypillow The Bloom was charming and amazing location, with friendly staff who went out of their way to assist. The room was clean and cozy, with lovely fluffy towels and comfy beds, and I appreciated the availability of hot drinks and free locker storage.

Some traffic noise at times.

Friendly staff, nice small room, free wifi, good location close to old town and shopping area, clean room, flexibility on departure time.

No extra services as help or information on transportation services during the traffic crisis due to the volcano in april 2010.

The hotel's easy access by foot from the town centre and access to 24/7 bottled water and hot drinks (chargeable).

I stayed for 2 nights in a Single Room, and the room was modern and well-appointed with a fantastic shower! the check-in was a bit tricky since I couldn't drop off my bags before 2pm.

The staff was extremely polite and caring

I was expecting at least a kettle to heat some water ans maybe a small fridge to store some (even shared within the floor)

The staff were very helpful and stored our cases whilst we went sight seeing, also hellped with good advice on where to visit and transport to S'agaro.

A bit noisy - inevitable when so near the centre - we slept ok.

The modern, clean room was well-organized and offered convenience with luggage lockers available in the lounge area. An excellent location near the bus and railway stations made it easy to explore nearby attractions. The overwhelming smell from the shower drain in room 307 detracted significantly from the experience, forcing us to sleep with the windows wide open. Communication regarding room issues was lacking, leaving us dissatisfied after the stay.
